Polishing the client’s interpersonal skills, collaborating in preparing realistic resumes, addressing fears and barriers to success, studying sources of self-worth, Donna encourages “personal public relations” to the newly-transitioning client. Unique to Donna Wolfe’s methodology is the system of Sober Success System, which includes:
Introducing the client to a select number of men and women who are successful, not only in sobriety, but in the chosen field to which the client aspires.
Securing informational interviews and the mentoring possibilities which provide the client with positive role models/mentors in their selected field.
With a growing file of over 200 Sober Successes from which to choose, from fields representing a wide variety of professions, ranging from salespros to scientists, Donna oversees and carefully manages an individually-tailored process to insure optimum benefits.
“The most rewarding element in my position of Vocational Coach”, says Donna, “is creating a fertile environment in which the client recognizes his worth, and takes action to nurture and pursue his goals, ultimately enriching his spiritual pursuit of sobriety. “
“Donna is a true ‘connector’ and has the unique ability to bring individuals with similar vocational interests together for mentorship. Her contagious energy and creative ideas are a gift to her clients as she teaches invaluable vocational skills building individually and in a group setting. Additionally, her leadership skills and innovative ideas have been an asset to the clients and businesses whom she has consulted for.”
